Introduction to Meditation: Guided Candlelight

You are invited to a magical journey of sound exploration with Mahala Spann (Moon Child Healing). She will gently guide you into a meditative state through the use of visualization, words, song and sounds. Mahala uses a variety of musical instruments to tap into deeper levels and easily guide you into a more relaxed state. 

This is a beginner-friendly introduction to meditation, but all levels are welcome. The meditation will begin with breath work and short meditation, introduction and overview, followed by about a 30 minute meditation and closing. You will learn a few ways to bring meditation into your daily lives. 30 minutes of meditation accounts for about 8 hours of sleep. Meditation helps with stress, anxiety, blood pressure, weight and much more. 

Cost: drop-in $12 or punch cards available ($9-10 per class) and first class at the studio is free
