You are invited to join us on an exploratory inward journey with a
gratitude meditation and yogic-styled (aka kirtan) concert. The
evening will begin with a short reflection on gratitude, simple
ceremony, and guided meditation with sound journey by resident
instructor, Mahala Spann. The evening will conclude with a heartfelt
yogic-styled concert led by honorary guest and feature, Ronald
Ron has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 30 years. He is
certified by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers worldwide, completed
their intensive 500 hour teachers training course and has visited and
lived in Sivananda Ashrams around the world. He taught yoga in the
Portland Oregon area for the past 23 years before moving back to his
native Omaha to be near family. He attended Holy Ghost and Archbishop
Ryan in Omaha and then toured the country for 30 years as a
professional standup comedian and actor. He brings a playful sense of
humor and joy to his classes and has dedicated his life to lowering
the suffering and raising the Love wherever he goes. He teaches Asana
and Meditation and focalizes Kirtan, Spiritual Gatherings and Full/New
Moon Circles. Ron is the owner of Maha Om Studio in Omaha, Nebraska.
