This is a beginner workshop to learn about meditation, how to meditate and different ways to meditate. Studies show that 30 minutes of meditation accounts for 8 hours of sleep.

There are many different ways to meditate. Learn how to begin, what might work better for you and how you can incorporate meditation into your daily practice. Mahala will provide easy, fun, digestible tools and methods to start your meditation practice.

We will begin the workshop with a short guided meditation, followed by a brief talk, and then we will practice and learn several ways to meditate. There are many ways to meditate and doesn't have to be difficult, time consuming or challenging. It can be a part of your daily life and be a positive, uplifting and great experience.

Bring an open mind, open heart and bring a journal and/or notebook and a pen to write down any of your experiences. Also, please wear comfortable clothes and be ready to start taking a step in the right direction.

Cost is $25 per person.  Bring a friend & each pay $20.
