I’m Bonnie Bollin and I love sharing yoga with those who like to relax and release, or those who like to move and get up and go.
When I started practicing yoga, I wasn’t sure what to expect. A series of recent life changes had given me the opportunity to think about what was most important. I had decided to shift focus from professional career to family and community - and invest time in self-care. Here’s what I found: yoga brought me joy and self-awareness. It can be physically challenging or offer a gentle stretch to keep your body moving, depending on what you are looking for. Time on the mat is time invested in your self-care. It’s helps you become a healthier you.
My style. Hatha/Slow Flow (peace to mind and body -mindfully moving and breathing), Gentle Yoga (breath with movement to increase mobility – lots of props) and Morning Flow (Vinyasa/Hatha I hybrid gets you up and moving). All classes include music and essential oils.
My background. I completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with Emely and Jennifer at the Bodhi Tree Studio, and bring prior experience in cardio and fitness training.
I’m passionate about sharing the benefits and inner joy that yoga brings!
