PiYO Live is a low-impact workout for those who want to sweat! No jumping or bouncing, PiYO features continuous movement for a cardio based workout as you flow from one movement to the next. PiYO exercises are inspired by traditional movements of Pilates and Yoga, but with a twist. These sequences will improve your strength, stamina, stability, and flexibility.
Rest, restorative stretching to renew your body. All levels welcome. We will hold poses and stretches with the help of props.
(Mixed Level) Hatha includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) which help bring peace to the mind and body.
Grounded & Guided
This class offers a combination of gentle, grounding yoga and guided meditation, utilizing calming music, essential oils and reiki. Each person will have their own unique experience. All are welcome. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing meditation and yoga regularly, this class will bring you peace and tranquility.
A slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing through a series of asanas (yoga poses). This 60 min class focuses on breath with movement connection.
Our Gentle Yoga class incorporates lots of props! We use chairs, blocks, straps, and blankets, giving the student a comfortable yoga experience. This class focuses on breath with movement connection, increasing mobility, and balance. Open to all levels.
Our 9am class is a Vinyasa/ Hatha I hybrid that gets you up & going, ready to take on your day! open to all levels
Vinyasa I & II
This is a fun, heat building class, builds strength, balance, and flexibility through yoga postures that flow from one to another. Some Yoga experience recommended.
Relax and renew as we deeply restore with the use of props. The class will combine posture and breath to help the body rejuvenate and to decrease stress. This class is designed for all levels. It is a great class to prepare your body for the week, a mini vacation for the body, mind, and spirit.
This class is a slow flowing class that incorporates 5 Young Living Essential Oils used throughout class to help stimulate relaxation, release, and meditation.
Singing Bowls are an ancient form of sound meditation. Coupled with yoga or other stress-reducing activities, Singing Bowls can transform an individual’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Please join Michael as he takes you on a journey with quartz singing bowls and the gong for an extraordinary sound meditation. This event promises not to disappoint!
Drum Circles are an excellent group exercise and have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and high blood pressure. Drumming is also an effective communication tool since the participant is in the present moment, which requires good listening to other drummers. There is no experience necessary to participate in a drum circle—we all have rhythm built into our DNA. So come be a part of this new course offered by the The Bodhi Tree Studio!
Yoga for Strength
This hour long class will focus on a traditional vinyasa flow, building heat within the body and using skills to progressively build upper body strength. You will achieve the best of both worlds-vinyasa flow and achieving strength needed for life.
Weekend Wind Down
An invitation to slow down, retreat from the business of life and restore for a new week. This slow-paced restorative class will offer the unique opportunity to step outside of the mind, to relax into the body & breath. Class ends with a relaxing Suvasana, light hands-on adjustment with Young Living oils and a warm eye mask.
Flow & Let Go
Learn to live in the present moment and listen to your body through breath/pose connection. A gentle Vinyasa flow incorporating heart & hip openers, building strength ad flexibility in your practice. Flow & Let Go is suitable for all levels.
Sarah’s classes use original music, stories and silliness to keep children actively engaged in their yoga practice. Each of Sarah’s classes include pranayama, meditation and a trip to the Secret Garden. Class is for children 4-12 years of age.
